If you've ordered leads from ILC and think they should be credited, please read below. 

How do I know if my lead eligible for credit?

The first step you can take is to locate that lead in ILC and click on the lead profile. There is a section of that lead profile where you can change the status. Click on "Credit Requested" as a status and you'll either see a message letting you know that the lead is no eligible for credit or you will be able to add the credit request reason. (see below)

My lead has no credit allowance.

If your lead has no credit allowance but you'd like it reviewed, send that lead ID to support@mailproleads.com with your credit request reason for a full review.  

How do I know my lead was submitted for credit?

Once you've save the status and reason ILC will send an email to you and the appropriate party to process that credit request. If you do not get that email, please contact leads@familyfirstlife.com right away to report this bug. 

How long do I have to request a credit?

Leads can be submitted for credit for up to 30 days from the time the lead was received.

When will my credit be processed?

Credit requests are audited and processed in the order they are received. There is a typical turn-around of 5-7 business days.
