If your lead has no credit allowance but you'd like it reviewed, click here to submit that lead for a full review.
How do I know my lead was submitted for credit?
Once you've saved the credit reason ILC will send an email to you and the appropriate party to process that credit request. If you do not get that email, please contact leads@familyfirstlife.com right away to report this bug.
How long do I have to request a credit?
Leads can be submitted for credit for up to 30 days from the time the lead was received.
When will my credit be processed?
Credit requests are audited and processed in the order they are received. There is a typical turnaround of 5-7 business days.
