If you've been awarded a LeadCenter Voucher and you're not sure how to use it, please read on. 


LeadCenter vouchers are sent as part of FFL or Carrier incentives as well as from managers who hold contests or offer lead assistance to their agents. Vouchers awarded to you will be located in your Wallet. Vouchers you purchase and assign to anyone on your team will be managed on the vouchers tab. All vouchers that have been redeemed will show as tokens on the bottom of your Wallet screen. To view their details, simply click on that token and you'll see which lead types it can be used on. 


Incentive Vouchers:

In most scenarios where FFL is incentivizing with vouchers, we will automatically assign those vouchers to you at the time of creation. This means that the voucher do not need to be redeemed in order to be used. This being said, you do not need a voucher code unless you have been contacted individually and provided a code to be manually redeemed.

Redeeming a voucher:

If you have been awarded a voucher code and need to manually redeem that code you can do so in your LeadCenter Wallet. You'll copy the code send to you via email and past that code in the "Redeem Voucher" box within your Wallet screen. All voucher codes are 16 digit codes so if you run into issues redeeming a code, ensure you've been provided with all 16 digits.

Using a voucher:

Once you're built the cart and you're ready to checkout. Click on your shopping cart. Once you are seeing a list of all the leads in your cart, you can click on "Add a coupon or voucher code" below that list. All active vouchers will show here and you can add as many as needed/active to your current cart.
